Job description

Out Client, an exciting start up company based in Galway are seeking a Quality Systems Engineer to join their fast growing team.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Support the maintenance and improvement of the Quality Management System in accordance with ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 standards.
Assist in preparing for and supporting internal and external audits.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality processes are followed and documented appropriately.
Review and update quality documentation, including SOPs, work instructions, and quality records.
Participate in non-conformance investigations, CAPA processes, and risk assessments.
Support document control and change control activities.
Help promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement throughout the organisation.

Job requirements

1–2 years of experience in a Quality Systems or QA role, ideally within a regulated environment.
Knowledge of ISO 9001 and/or ISO 13485 standards is essential.
Strong attention to detail with good documentation and organisational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
