  • Maintain accurate maintenance records and ensure preventative maintenance schedules are completed in accordance with equipment manufacturer recommendations.

  • Support the training and development of production personnel in equipment operation, basic maintenance practices and safe working procedures.

  • Ensure compliance with all applicable health and safety procedures, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), company policies and Quality Management System requirements.

  • Maintain high standards of housekeeping and workplace organisation.

  • Occasional international travel may be required to support wider company technical or operational requirements, although this is expected to be very infrequent.

  • Mechanical Automation and Maintenance Fitter Craft Certificate or equivalent recognised technical qualification.

  • Good working knowledge of mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic and electrical systems.

  • Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical equipment issues.

  • Experience or training in injection moulding processes. This is advantageous but not essential, as training will be provided.

  • Understanding of planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) principles.

  • Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices and Quality Management Systems.

  • Experience supporting equipment commissioning, tooling changes or process validation.
