Pale Blue Dot® Recruitment, a National Award-Winning Agency catering to the dynamic MedTech industry in Ireland, is expanding its team. We are currently seeking a versatile individual for the role of Digital Content, Marketing, and Business Development Officer.


Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth research to curate compelling content tailored to our target audience.
  • Oversee and manage content across various digital platforms including websites and social media channels.
  • Generate innovative concepts and ideas to drive marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate on marketing strategies and their effective implementation.
  • Craft and execute content strategies for social media channels.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, identifying opportunities for engagement.
  • Provide support on additional marketing or administrative tasks as required.
  • Actively monitor and engage with relevant blogs, forums, and social media platforms.
  • Foster audience engagement by promptly addressing queries and interactions.
  • Contribute to elevating brand visibility and recognition.
  • Exhibit interest and proficiency in traditional marketing avenues.
  • Develop and nurture client relationships through effective communication and rapport-building.
  • Formulate and execute business development strategies to promote our services and offerings.
  • Contribute to the creation and execution of a sales strategy for a confidential new product launch.
  • Take the lead in face-to-face and business-to-business selling, demonstrating the value proposition of our new online product.
  • Leverage online support resources to enhance the customer experience and drive sales.

Job requirements

  • Ideally possess a degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • Demonstrate exceptional creativity and innovative thinking.
  • Stay current with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
  • Exhibit strong multitasking abilities and thrive in deadline-driven environments.
  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Embrace a proactive "Can Do Attitude" towards tasks and challenges.
  • Bring experience and skills in face-to-face and business-to-business selling.
  • Ability to develop and execute sales strategies.
  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion regarding confidential product information.

This is a 6-month fixed-term contract, with the potential for a part-time or full-time position upon successful completion.
